- Shuptrine's Twisted Chow-Chow (hot or mild)
- 1.5lbs Hamburger Meat
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pickle
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 2-3 cups grated cheese
- 1 pack Pillsbury Flaky Biscuits
- Combine hamburger meat, chopped onions, pickles, olives, and Twisted Chow-Chow and cook in skillet.
-Drain any fat and set to side.
-Add ketchup, yellow mustard, grated cheese to hamburger mixture.
-In iron skillet, take Pillsbury flaky biscuits and layer the bottom of skillet.
-Add your cheesy burger mixture, covering the biscuits.
-Cook 15-20 min at 375 deg.
